Small update!
Bay of Villains » Devlog
Just a small update, not worth making a 1.5 or anything. I updated a few of the entanglements, and added a couple clarifications regarding how cohorts interact with downtime. Also put an RPG in the example items for the heavy weapon, as I intended it to include things like that as well. Is letting anyone use 2 load to take a rocket launcher bad for game balance? Who knows! It's up to YOU (and me, with my home games) to find out!

2 load seems fine but such an item probably shouldn't be a standard item if that's what you mean
You might be right! As it is now, the Merc playbook gets a fine laser guided rpg as a special item for 2 load. I thought that it being fine and specifically laser guided made it valuable enough compared to a regular Heavy Weapon being an rpg. Do you think I should keep the Heavy Weapon as non explosive things like greatswords and machine guns? The Superscience Weapon kind of fills the same niche as an rpg, only with more razzle dazzle
